If you’d like to provide coupon codes for your team members to select their own items, email us at ISS@brandwellpromo.com with the desired dollar amount for each code. We’ll then issue a list of codes assigned to each individual for easy redemption.
3. How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times may vary, but you can expect your items to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the shop’s closure.
4. Can I return or exchange items ordered from the holiday store?
Due to the custom nature of the items available in our holiday store, returns or exchanges are not available. Please verify sizing and preferences before completing your purchase.
